Weekdays (Monday through Friday) at 8:00am (US Eastern Time)
Five days a week (Monday through Friday) you can meditate with Amy Edelstein and other practitioners for 30 minutes.
Each session will include short mindfulness meditation and contemplation instructions at the beginning, followed by 30 min of silence. You are welcome to join via video or phone. On your screen you will be able to see the other practitioners who have joined, or you may join with video off or via phone.
The meditation begins and ends with the ring of a bell.
