Weekdays (Monday through Friday) at 8:00am (US Eastern Time)
Five days a week (Monday through Friday) you can meditate with Amy Edelstein and other practitioners for 30 minutes.
Some sessions will include mindfulness or other meditation instructions, some will be in silence. You are welcome to join via video, on your screen you will be able to see the other practitioners who have joined, or you may join with video off or via phone.
The meditation begins and ends with the ring of a bell.
